Talent (Accredited Employer) Work Visa
If you are looking for a pathway to live in New Zealand, Talent (Accredited Employer) Work Visa is for you. If you have the skills that an accredited employer needs and they offer you a job, this visa will be issued to you (provided you meet all the requirements). Please note that the job offered to you should be full-time. The minimum salary that your employer will provide to you on this visa is NZ$ 79,560.
Your age should be 55 or under to apply for this visa. This visa is valid for 30 months. After completing 2 years in employment, you can apply for a resident visa. You cannot include your partner or dependent children on this visa. For that, you will have to explore the family visa options that are provided by Immigration New Zealand.
Things to Note
- You are required to apply for entry permission when you arrive in New Zealand. You can do so by filling the arrival card.
- You can be denied entry in New Zealand if your conditions have changed since you left your country.
- After your visa is granted, you have 3 months to arrive in New Zealand.
