Getting in touch
This site is information. If you need somebody to look at your own situation, that is advice, and it goes to the licensed practice behind it.
Where to go
Start with what you actually need
Four different things bring people to a contact page, and they have different answers. All four of the businesses below are part of the same group as the licensed practice that publishes this site.
-
You want advice on your own case
That needs a licensed adviser who can see your documents. This site cannot do it, and nor can any website.
Go to ProVisas -
You need an English test score
For a visa or for study. Preparation is a different service from immigration advice.
Go to Target Language Academy -
You are choosing a course
What you study determines what you can do afterwards, so this decision comes before any visa question.
Go to StudentNZ -

Why there is no enquiry form here
An immigration enquiry form collects visa history, family details and often health or character information. That is sensitive material, and it belongs in the licensed practice's own intake process where it is handled properly, not in a general inbox. Phone or email is faster for you anyway.
Not us
Things we cannot help with
We cannot check the status of your application, change a decision, or speed anything up. Only Immigration New Zealand can do those, and they have their own contact channels.
We cannot give you immigration advice by email as a free service. Not because of the cost, but because advice given without seeing your documents is worth very little and can be actively harmful.
And if you are in immediate danger in New Zealand, call 111. If your situation involves family violence and a visa that depends on a relationship, there are specific provisions that exist so nobody has to stay in a dangerous situation to keep a visa.
